Friday & Saturday nights are never available due to weekly events. Requesting a Friday or Saturday night will get a non-response.

Initial rental rate is $2500.00 per floor though you do not need to rent both floors at the same time. This includes security, bartenders, barbacks, staff, lighting tech, sound tech and cleanup. 50% deposit is due to hold any date.

VIP tables and staff are available for every event. Select drink specials can be negotiated for your event.

We provide DJ equipment such as CDJ’s, turntables and mixers. All your DJ needs is music to play.

You handle 100% of your ticket sales. We do not take a percentage of your tickets. Monarch Theatre does not have a “will call” window or ticket office.

Monarch Theatre is exclusively 21+. We do not rent for “all ages” events.

Monarch Theatre is a rentable music and event venue. We do not book outside talent or have a “talent booker”. Promoters/Producers bring in their own talent. Inquiries regarding talent booking will not be answered.
